Mango Lassi

Mango Lassi:   40ml Crazy Gin  25ml Mango Cordial*  70ml Soda Water     Mango Cordial*   1000g Mango juice  700g Sugar  32g Citric acid  20g Malic acid  2g Salt  Blend using stick blender until dissolved, bottle and refrigerate.  Fill Highball glass with lots of ice add ingredients, stir and garnish with a fresh Basil leaf    Glassware: Highball Glass  Garnish: basil leaf

Ingredients

Crazy Gin : 40ml

Mango Cordial* : 25ml

Soda Water : 70ml


Mango Cordial*

Mango juice : 1000g (1ltr carton)

Sugar : 700g

Citric acid : 32g

Malic acid : 20g

Salt : 2g

Blend using stick blender until dissolved, bottle and refrigerate. ( Freeze any left over cordial to enjoy another time)


Method

Fill Highball glass with lots of ice, add ingredients, stir and garnish with a fresh Basil leaf
